Thank you for shopping with Machine Shops United.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Used, installed, or damaged cutting tools are NOT eligible for return.
Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for approved returns.
Return shipping labels will only be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements will be rejected and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
