Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order value and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.
Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping charge as shown at checkout.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 1–3 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Delays
While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Machine Shops United is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@machineshopsunited.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
