Orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment is successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Orders under $100 are subject to a flat $9.99 shipping charge.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 1–3 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order after the package has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Machine Shops United LLC is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@machineshopsunited.com.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the damaged package or item. We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to arrange an appropriate resolution.
