Tungaloy AOMT030204-N-45DT GH730 Carbide Chamfering Insert (10 Pack)

High-performance AOMT030204-N-45DT carbide chamfering insert with Tungaloy’s GH730 grade.

Built for reliable front and back chamfering applications, the AOMT030204-N-45DT with GH730 grade delivers stable cutting performance, strong edge reliability, and dependable tool life across a wide range of workpiece materials. It is designed for compatible Tungaloy DrillMeister chamfering adapters and special combination tools, allowing drilling and chamfering operations to be completed in a single setup.

The 45DT geometry provides a 45° chamfer angle and supports a maximum chamfer width of approximately 2.8 mm. Its positive cutting geometry helps reduce cutting resistance and promotes smooth, consistent chamfering. GH730 is a PVD-coated carbide grade that combines a wear-resistant coating with a tough carbide substrate, providing a strong balance of wear resistance and chipping resistance. Tungaloy recommends this insert geometry for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous materials, and heat-resistant alloys.
